The John Mark Stallings SNAP of Morgan County
The Special Needs Accessible Playground was dedicated in memory of John Mark Stallings, son of retired football coach, Gene Stallings, in November 2008 with a special dedication ceremony. Gene Stallings was the keynote speaker for this event.
